Grievance officer

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to our grievance officer at grievance@coindcxpay.in. Escalations are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

Fraud reporting

Report impersonation, fake apps or suspected fraud to grievance@coindcxpay.in with screenshots. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.

Registered communication

For legal notices, write to our grievance email with the subject line 'Legal Notice' and we will share the registered postal address for service.
