Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the CoinDCXPay platform for selling USDT and receiving INR settlement. By creating an account you accept them in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and legally competent to enter into a contract. One verified account is allowed per person.

2. Account & bank details

No document verification is required. You agree that the bank account and UPI details you submit belong to you and are accurate.

  • Third-party bank accounts or UPI IDs are not accepted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device secure.
  • We may pause an account while a verification review is in progress.

3. Orders, rates and settlement

The displayed rate is indicative until an order is created. Once created, the order locks the rate shown at confirmation. INR settlement is normally sent within the ETA displayed for the chosen channel, subject to banking network availability.

4. Limits and fees

Minimum and maximum order sizes, platform fees and payout limits are published inside the app and may be updated from time to time. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm an order.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • No money laundering, terror financing or sanction-evasion activity.
  • No funds derived from fraud, scams, gambling proceeds or hacking.
  • No automated scraping, load testing or attempts to bypass limits.
  • No sharing or renting your account to another person.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where we detect suspicious activity, a legal requirement, a chargeback risk or a breach of these terms. Where lawful, we return remaining verified balances after review.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, including any applicable TDS, income tax and reporting on virtual digital asset transactions. We may deduct or report amounts where the law requires it.

8. Liability

Crypto asset prices are volatile and the market is unregulated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the platform fee you paid on the affected order.

9. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms and will post the updated version on this page with a new revision date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of India having jurisdiction.
