We publish every charge up front. The rate you confirm is the rate you get — nothing else is deducted by us.

Platform fees

Standard sell orders carry no platform fee.

  • Sell USDT → INR: 0% platform fee.
  • INR payout to your own verified account: free.
  • Rate lock at confirmation: free.

Network charges

On-chain withdrawal or recovery costs are set by the blockchain, not by us, and are shown before you confirm. TRC20 is usually the cheapest network.

Limits

Live limits are shown inside the app and depend on your account tier.

  • Minimum sell order: as displayed on the sell screen.
  • Per-order maximum: tier based; higher tiers unlock larger orders.
  • Enhanced due diligence may apply above high-value thresholds.

Settlement timelines

Typical settlement ETAs, subject to banking network availability.

  • UPI: instant to 15 minutes.
  • IMPS: 5–30 minutes.
  • NEFT: same working day.
  • RTGS: within banking hours, for high-value payouts.

Taxes

Any statutory tax or TDS on virtual digital asset transactions is your responsibility. Where the law requires us to deduct, the deduction is shown on your order.
